A stylized simplistic rendering of a jumper cable. The negative space between the handles and the first terminal create an exclamation mark.
#102 #103
A jumper cable with a point added creates an exclamation mark
#99
the "spark" that restarts marketing
#100
An electric current shown restarting

glendon,

Welcome to the contest and thanks for sharing your ideas.

I think the exclamation mark approach is strongest. #103 and #95 are most appealing.

Question, what would #96 look like with a less stylized clamp. Looks a little too much like bunny ears right now reversed out.

Thanks,

Sorry for the delay on this contest. I had a client meeting pop-up on Monday and another today. We'll wrap this up on schedule now.

Client
glendon,

I'm warming to this design. As I contemplate application, I wonder if a slogan that is all the same color would be better. That could be all red, all black or other single tone. What do you think?

Thanks,

Hi John,

#152 #153 are 2 samples of the slogan in a single color.
#154 #155 #156 #162 another approach working in a spark for the dot of the exclamation mark
#160 #161 the mark contained in a box
#157 #158 #159 #163 a few samples of the mark on it's own. It can be reduced to 16x16 pixels and used as a favicon for your site as well.
The icon is pretty versatile and has potential for really great branding and marketing ideas.

Thanks,
Glendon

Client
glendon,

Would it be possible to see #162 with slogan treatments like those used in #103 and #152?

Thanks,

Client
Glendon,

Thanks for the new variations. Could I please see #153 with the condensed slogan as you've done on #175 and also all in gray?

Thanks,
