What We Do
Consulting, training and lectures in the fields of negotiation ("neuronegotiation"), sales ("neurosales"), management ("neuromanagement") and professional development ("neuroperformance"). We use a knowledge core focused on the comprehension of the body & mind system for the development of emotional skills (self-knowledge) that are crucial for growth in these areas. Despite the universal recognition of the importance of emotional skills, these receive very little attention in traditional academic and business development. The proposal is to provide information and useful techniques to develop these important skills.

Color Preferences
Colors that refer to knowledge and peace. Blue could be interesting.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The initials "MHM" should be used. The inclusion of the full name "Mario Henrique Martins" in the brand is desirable, but optional, and must be designed to allow the use of MHM by itself (without the full name).
This market is populated by consultants who were middle managers and do not have high-level managerial experience. The branding should reflect the consultant's experience and ability to add value to the top executives of corporations.
