This is the name of a new waterfront townhouse community that is being built in south florida. This logo will be the sign to the entrance of the community

This is for the sale of new construction and will be the logo for the community. I want the logo to have a coastal Beach waterfront look that you would see and get the feeling you are in south Florida. Blues to represent the river/ocean and brown to represent sand / boating etc. this is an upscale high end community
