Here is the logo in reverse, just to show you how it would look if placed on dark bg. This logo would look great as a store signage where the graphic is made of chrome/metal and there is a cyan blue light behind it casting on the dark wall.
Thank you for the feedback. Instead of using the "animal" approach to define the symbol for the logo, I figured it would be best to is to find something that could represent "technology", strength or quality that goes well with electronic shops. I stayed away from the usual symbols of the actual devices so as not to confine the logo to only those items in case you will expand. So I thought of playing with the M and give it a unique shape that could represent or be associated with the core concepts I mentioned above which explains the geometric shape of the M. The peeled edge adds color and aesthetics against the black M. It is sort of like "softening" the M - give it a friendly, casual feel. The peeled edge also suggest that there is something new to come or to be revealed much like what the electronics industry really is.
here is a typographic logo. The distortion was so to simulate wide screen and wide sound shape. The two shape on top and bottom is meant to give it a rectangular shape. The reason the color of the shape is different on top is to simulate the light that emanates from the screen visible on to the ceiling.
