--This is a single building, so logos with two buildings would not represent it well.
--Also, an Asian or Japanese flair would complement the branding of the the business
--"LLC" should be included. In Item $6, the "Inc." is incorrect.
--Item #6 is appealing because it has the building, diamond head crater and the sun in it; all are the salient aspects of this building
--Item #1 is appealing because it is a right-to-left presentation which makes it suitable and easy to use for signature files at the end of letters and emails

Item #7 is appealing because of its elegance

Entry #7 is appealing because it is elegant and it takes into account the profile of Diamond Head Crater, albeit not exactly. It would be more appealing if the profile of Diamond Head Crater was closer to actual profiles. It would also be more appealing if the vantage point was raised. It has the vantage of having to look up at the building, which is somewhat odd. This entry does not have anything in reference to sunshine or ocean, which would be appealing if it could be added in somehow.
Entry #59 has a more comfortable vantage point of the building being higher than Entry #7, however there is only one building involved in the company, so the four buildings is not applicable. The building can be viewed at www.makeeproperties.com.
Entry #28 (and the similar entries) is appealing because it incorporates the building, sun, Diamond Head Crate, and a wavy feel that could be associated with the ocean. These are the four elements of the business, so this is appealing. However, the entry is somewhat less elegant and peaceful, so it is ranked lower than Entry #7. Elegance and serenity would be good atmospheres to incorporate in the design.
