we need 2 logos for the a 2 sided coin

this will go on a bright silver coin, with a little bit of electric blue

front side:
Like any currency like $ ¢ or the bitcoin "look" we need a symbol and with an M and W in majic works and with the use of lines entering the letters or alike we see a future looking symbol....but as you can see, we need help, lol
on the front running around the outer edge of the coin: to have measurable actions, accountable reactions *(Bullet) ruthless in our pursuit for excellence and "faster please" in our execution


on the backside:
we could do some historical sign, it's not like we need to put a face on this or a building but maybe there is a tagline needed?

own the space under your feet, be tech-facing forward, remember your strengths, show respect for crew, have awareness of your customer, and direction for your client.

also, we are kicking around the idea of having a mascot: the wild tigers, majic tigers, the terrible tigers, maybe
