Symbols that are representative of the south include pineapples or palms. While the name is magnolia, we don't want a floral design.

We would like to see some modern and clean fonts in the design to compare a more "hip" image versus the more traditional feel of scripts. Combining them might be interesting as we see in some designs here.

Exciting to see so many great designs right off the bat! In looking at the initial designs presented, the feedback we have would be to exclude palm trees going forward. It gives the logo a more casual look and this restaurant will be upper end.
