I just wanted to post a Thank You to all of the designers that have already submitted. We are working with a panel of 3 judges for our side of this competition. I will most likely be posting comments on images every 2 days or so, and more frequently as we get closer to the end of the competition.

I also wanted to take a moment to stress that we want to make sure that this image is usable on paper, web, t-shirts and the like. While it looks beautiful, a gradient as the picture background makes it difficult to judge the merits of the logo on its own. Solid color backgrounds (of any color) are fine, just watch out for the gradients. Those who have submitted with a gradient do not need to do anything unless we comment on your image.

Again - Thank you to all who have submitted so far.

Just another reminder to all - please refrain from using gradients in the backgrounds of your submissions. I know they can really make your logo pop and more appealing, but please don't. - Thank you!

Also, I want to once again thank everyone who has submitted. The vast amount of creativity that I've witnessed here is inspiring.
