Maggie LabsLogo Design Contest

Very playful logo with cartoon style black lab retriever perched on laboratory beaker. Bright yet limited use of colour - simplistic treatment of text to emphasise cartoon element.
#65 #66 more literal interpretation of brief, can change dollar sign to more formal look as in #67.

The dog is great, I like the dollar sign in 65 and 66.

As far as texxt, I like the maggie labs font in 65, but I like the color/size/placement of "bits into shineola" in 67.

Some feedback:
* Regarding #79, 80, 81, I think the logo gets too wide (though I like what you're trying to do). The proportion of the dog to whitespace seems off.
* #76 is an improvement on #65, but you could also try stacking "maggie" on top of "labs" from #81 to keep the size/perspective the same, but get that colorful playful text.

I like the paw prints you added. If it's not a big deal, it would be nice to see a version of #83 with the tagline added.

#85 included lab 'bubbles' coming out from the 'i' but also seen as dog paw prints.
Shadow under lettering.

I think the tagline in #86 isn't going to work in a smaller scale, so #85 is a better choice.

Thanks, no problem, I agree #86 didn't work - not very readible!

Just one last effort! #87 have changed the black labrador to look a bit happier, but up to you whether you prefer the expression of 'surprise' as in #87 and #76, which I think is quite humourous.
