I like what you have here with the quill straight up. Define the metal part more (the top part.) The pen itself is still too thick though.

I like the overall concept still but it still looks too bulky when small. Maybe try white wings with green instead of green with white, I'm not sure. Also length the metal part of the quill at the end and make the overall pen shorter so the logo is not as tall. Thank you,

Try to get me more white space in the design by altering the wings. When the design gets small, all of the green gets closer together and it feels too heavy. See if you can make the top part of the quill more pronounced and the bottom part less heavy. Make the font smaller please.

Great work so far. The front of the Pen needs to tilt up. I like the idea of the wings, but they feel too heavy to me when the image is small. Also try a san serif font that is vintage and smaller.
