We LOVE the way you're putting the large "L" and "D" together to form one symbol. It's subtle, but clear, and very nicely done.
We don't like the red/blue combination, though. We are looking for something a bit more refined or "classy" to help us accentuate the idea of "boutique."
Can you try some new versions, using the LD symbol without the dots?
We're really liking the LD symbol (in the rough square) on #90. The text beneath, though, is quite disjointed. Let's stick with the other font you've been using, but somehow find a way to tie it in with the icon.
The icon in #104 is too abstracted--we lose the "L" and the "D", but the font is closer to what we're looking for... though we still want the font to tie-in with the icon more coherently.
Re: #105 - the "LD" works better in the box. We don't like that font as much as the other.
Thanks for those new options. We've spent a lot of time considering and brainstorming on these, and we're realizing more and more that we actually prefer the cleaner look of the LD in #88 or #89 -- rather than the "rough" edged one in the rough box.
One of the things that's still not quite working yet for us is finding the connection between the LD icon and the letters. Perhaps if we use the smooth LD and put it into a smoother, but still "interesting," box, we'll be able to find that connection?
Could you also try one with "Luxious" *not* in all caps, using the same font as "design" in #89 ? -- but we still need to give the word "Luxious" some more weight, so maybe it can be slightly bolder than "Design"?
Regarding the font choice, of all the logo submissions so far, our favorite font for the name is the one that's used in logo #37.
We also like the color choices you're working with -- so let's stick with those for now.
Like the new, slightly less rough box in #155, but it's a little cramped.
Like the capital letters in "Luxious Design" (Rather than "luxiousdesign")... we need to be sure we're keeping a strong differentiation between the two words, and the initial capitals help that.
In the "LD" icon, we prefer the "L" to have the darker color, and the "D" to be the lighter one (like in #108 or #112).
Could you also please do a quick rearrangement of #108 -- using the font from #112, but keeping the same layout in #108? The icon should be a little lower, too -- right now it seems like it's sitting too high?
Sorry -- just to be clear, we like the font in #155 and #138 the most... (those are the same, right?). it just needs the initial capital letters as well.
