ENTRY #16 - can you adjust the text on this logo to make it look more proportional? I am concerned that when this goes on business cards, etc, the icon will be too small.

Entry #34, can we fix the shadow, make it more diffused possible or softer at the edges? it doesnt look like a shadow right now.
