My professional recommendation for logos is simple is better. to much detail and clutter makes a sign hard to read from the road.

I like to also make a small geographical reference in the designs as well.

These designs work well, with a hill for the geography of the tri-state area.

Could we do one like entry #33 but with Real Estate in red font? Curious what that would look like.

#33 #86 are my faves of mine.....Logos must be simple. Studies show the more complex a design, the less memorable it becomds.
