What We Do
LoveGame is a high end urban streetwear clothing brand inspired by the game of tennis. The target audience is unisex, 15 - 55 years, with an affinity for streetwear and/or tennis. Similar brands: Lacoste, Nike, Supreme.

FYI...in tennis, "Love" is part of the scoring system (love, 15, 30, 40, game), love is equal to zero. If you win a game without your opponent scoring a point, it's called a "LoveGame."

Color Preferences
We are really looking for a flat logo, so multiple colors aren't a necessity. We are open to black/white/grey as well as colors associated with tennis (blue, green, white). While the name of the brand is "Love Game" the color red or a heart shaped icon is NOT a mandatory but if you can make it work, go for it. The logo should be more modern, clean as it will likely be printed and embroidered on clothing and merchandise.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We don't have any specific concepts of our own, however, we'd advise you to look at the elements of tennis for inspiration. We're looking for an icon that can stand on it's own the way Nike Swoosh or Lacoste Crocodile could, with a text treatment for the name that could live with the icon or independently from it. We've provided the attached doc for additional inspiration of what we like.
Also, we have explored use cases of using LG together, and we haven't had much luck. Considering LG is an electronics brand, it will be hard to use LG for the logo/icon AND tie the logo to tennis in some way, use caution if producing LG logos, we've seen it done a million ways without much luck. Thanks.

Hi Everyone,
First of all, thank you all for taking the time to participate, we know this isn't easy and appreciate the time you're taking to develop something for us.
A quick update: After almost 24 hours, we've received some good submissions, but wanted to take a moment to reiterate a few things:

1. We're seeing a ton of tennis balls, and a ton of hearts...which we get based on the brand name. We'd like to challenge you all to be open to thinking about all the various facets of tennis.

2. Simplicity is good. You can do a heart if it's a unique heart. You can do a tennis ball if it's unique tennis ball. You can do LG if it's unique LG. But you don't have to force all three (or any of the three) into the logo design. Consider doing one thing really really well.

3. We are initially looking for a flat logo, so avoid gradients, too many colors (1 or 2 is fine).

4. Many of the font types are looking very much the same, there are literally TONS of fonts available, use them to your advantage.

5. Refer to the document in the brief, the logos there are simple, elegant, and don't do too much.

6. We are also not necessarily tied to Love Game being spelled all the way out think about modern style names (DVSN, NXT LVL, etc) LV GM or LVGM could be a consideration to work with also, just consider it.

7. Don't be afraid to go outside the box, it's better than looking the same as everyone else.

We'll be here to answer questions and give guidance, thanks again for all the hard work and great submissions. Good luck.
