I'm an executive coach working with early-stage tech CEOs. My aim is to enhance their emotional well-being, support them through strategic changes, and give them a safe relationship to be vulnerable. I like to act as an engine for their abilities to connect with themselves and others, through love.

I'm torn -- I want people to feel safety (blue/green) with our relationship. But I also want them to know they are here for transformation, to feel more deeply and move to the next level with love (red/orange). Open to guidance!

I have an idea of two hearts, one supporting the other by holding them up. Encouraging them forward. Very open to other ideas, but here's one.

I tell clients that I don't solve their problems. They are the pilot, I am a co-pilot helping them open to the wisdom of themselves. And our relationship is the container/structure of the plane that flies us to our destination. This is a metaphor for how the hearts might interact.
