Update #62

I think I still like #54 the best

On #54, can we see a couple of adjustments---move the CA state so that it has space around it like #62 so it is not touching the line. Also, please remove the islands under the star (they might be too small for the t-shirt). Can we see the K in Drink and L in local moved so that they line up with the inside circle and give more space around the CA state. Last thing, can we see the Drink Local text slightly larger.
