What We Do
We are a consulting and coaching service, serving leaders of family businesses, non-profits, and other organizations where relationships are important. We promote emotional maturity in relationships in the workplace and the family through honest engagement with other people and direct, bold self-assessment.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
"Lookout" references Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga. We'd like the shape of Lookout Mountain incorporated into the logo somehow. In the attached image, Lookout Mountain is in the foreground, slightly to the right. You can find its shape online, easily, too.
The dynamic tension between stability and change is important. We are teaching concepts of enduring principles that can be used to pursue change in relationships and functioning.
Our audience, or ideal clients, are established leaders--even owners of companies--who nevertheless struggle with important relationships, feeling stressed, anxious, and blocked about what to do. Our course offers them hope that they can manage the difficulty of dealing with other people effectively.
We're interested in seeing examples that use a torch image. Or a shield shape. We're interested in pathway imagery. All in the abstract.
We're interested in seeing retro looks. Like the WPLB or Bull City examples we've provided here.
We're interested in whether binoculars or telescopes can be incorporated into the imagery, to suggest leadership that takes the long view--a lookout, who sees the big picture.
