Can we try a concept on Entry #1 where the sunset is an abstract person reminiscent to the lower left symbol in Entry #2?

The colors are a little brighter than what we want. We're looking to be a little more mature with the pictures. Think high profile donors. A little more sleek. a little more sophisticated.

I like the letterform. Can you run with it? Not a big fan of the circle shape and the colors are a little loud. We do like the blues and green used for the writing in entry 32. Can we stick with that? Thanks!

Also, on the letter form, let's try some different concepts, no one else has really done anything with that. The current "LR" is a little bit like a tech company, but it's refreshing to see something different. Some more concepts would be awesome!

The "R" is not quite what we're looking for, it's a little too much like a tech company, something a bit more simple may suffice.
