Nice skills! I like the fact that you have used iconography to explain the touchscreen part of it. My suggestion is to try and loose the black circle and make the touchscreen circles clearer (right now it's hard to see them on a small bottle). Secondly the fonts are a bit musculan. Can you see if you can make it more feminin somehow?
Also, the nail by itself is not important (only the touch part). The consumer will know it's about the nail as the logo will be situated on the nailpolish itself. Maybe this brings you to ideas on how to visualize 'touch' without using the nail. If you find it, that may make the logo even stronger.
The logo with the two fingers is nice too. Altough, for a reason I cannot explain, it feels a little bit morbid to me. The term skin and bones comes to mind (I know, it's a bit strange). I do like the aproach, but I would like to see a logo without the use of the nail as a trademark.
