Hi there, We like the stainless steel rendering that you have used in #54.
Would it be possible to change your shape from circle to Hexagonal, which is more representative of a bolt head, as commonly used in the automotive industry.
Retain the 'Valinoti's Diesel Repairs' text in a circular shape, but just change the overal shape to be hexagonal.
Please retain the stainless steel reflective finish, which we love, and also retain the little base shadow effect, as it is a nice touch as well.
Thx for the feedbacks, FYI the font i can still keep this one or i can also change it if you want it to be another kind, i used this one because i thought u like it. But i want to know if you asked Cjosephgray to use hexagonal? or he came first with this concept? This is important.
Hi Rud, I asked him to try his circular logo in a Hexagonal shape, as in a bolt head shape. It was my idea and I thought his circular logo could be easily adapted to a hex shape. After asking him, I looked over all logos again and saw that you had also submitted a round shaped logo.
It's at that point I posted the message above and also sent you the same links I had sent him. I did not copy the same message to each other, just provided the same references. (In fact I sent him 5 or 6 other references as well)
I apologize if I have done something wrong. It is not my intention to copy each others work. I just thought both your logos had merit and could be easily changed to bolt / Hex head shapes. Please accept my apology if I have done the wrong thing.
Hiii James its now clear it was your idea you asked him to do Hex shape with his circular entry, so now i know i can work also with the hexagonal without any logo case :) Ill submit my entries in an hour.
I like #69, but would like to see it without the black piece. in an effort to simplify it even more and just have the stainless steel finish across the entire bolt head. With the 'VDR' etched out of the Stainless steel like the other text.
Please... no need for any more. Please wait will I discuss with my business partner on Tuesday. (Businesses are closed on Monday, due to Easter holiday in Australia).
