Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our farm name is "Alpacas of Sanssouci" so that should be the main text of the logo. We would like the logo to be elegant, simple, and memorable with a 16th to 17th century feel. Please include two huacaya type alpacas (huacayas have fleece coming out like sheep and NOT the suri type with fleece hanging in ropey locks). They should be a mother and a cria. See the photos that you can work from for the design if you like. See the example logo of Pleasant View Acres with a cria cushing and mother nuzzling (although these are suris so not the correct type of alpaca). Possibly use white alpacas in silhouette. Please include a simple, old style castle with a couple of towers, distinctive, and not the Disney type. Castle could be in silhouette, dark blue or gray, sky lighter blue/gray with silhouette of white alpacas in front. “No Worries” close to alpacas but in background, not central focus. Text 17th century European. I own the rights to the photos that I've uploaded but not to the logos. The logos are uploaded only as examples for reference purposes. The photos of mother and cria can be copied from directly as I own the rights. Please see additional photos that you can use for the alpaca designs here: http://pacapages.com/sanssouci/ I will need the final artwork in Adobe Illustrator 9.0 format. If designed in a later verison of Illustrator it should be saved down to 9.0 before uploading. All fonts must be converted to outlines for the final. I can accept an EPS as the final but only if I can edit it with Illustrator 9.0. Thanks!

I have posted additional photos that you can use as the basis of the alpaca drawings. Please see them here: http://pacapages.com/sanssouci/ (I own the copyrights, please feel free to use these as the basis of the alpaca drawings for this logo contest only).

Hi! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.
