Needs to be more upscale looking. Like the iconic detail with the W and the T. Also like the tag line.
Try using different color combinations...maybe blues. The last name of the ower is Lockwood and I am reading Lock Carpentry first so I think the word Lockwood needs to be one color.
Overall design is very good.
