#4 Try incorporating a key where you used the hammer. Like this design overall.

Hi, here's a revision of my previous entry. Things to keep in mind; Logo should be easy to recognize, in front of a home, on a moving truck and on a business card. If the logo has a key, (I know that this is part of your tag line), but when people have only a few seconds to look at your logo and the key is the only thing they remember, they might confuse your company with a locksmith, that's my humble opinion. That's why I made the house and the word carpentry bold in my logo entry.
Thanks,
DonGato

Don, I think this is getting closer to what we are looking for. You intergraded the key nicely with the name and used very readable type styles. I would like to see a nicer roof line that is a more detailed expensive house. not sure if you can see this photo

Pls. try Lockwood Carpentry in black and have the tag line be black since it is hard to read the recessed white.
You can also try using a key hole if you think that would work. The 'O" in Lockwood is a good place for it.
A for effort, keep the designs coming!

#51 Roof line is much better. How about taking the tag line out of the key and putting it underneath.
Please add "The key to a happier home".
Trying to keep it 2 colors so see what you come up with....def. getting closer....
Thanks

Here's a 2 color version. Just a reminder that if you choose my entry as the winner. or ranked #1 I can still make color changes/combination until you see which one works for you.
Thanks,
Don

How about like this? I used the same font in carpentry and on the tagline.
