Sells and lists properties for residential clients, builders, and investors in Nashville but hope to more versatile down the road with commercial.

I attached some colors in the files. It was just random things I saw color wise that caught my eye. I don't care for primary colors but more muted colors of any kind. I'm thinking black background, white letters, and a logo that pops with multiple muted colors.

Besides the colors mentioned, I was thinking we could play on the words, Kind of the like the "Village" image/logo attached. Or, Live Nashville under a skyline sketch. Or, a color logo for above the letter I somewhere in the company name. Not restricted just hoping to give an idea. Less is more but something that's eye catching and would be nice on the top of a website, yard sign most importantly, front door sign, and business cards. Fonts a hard one. Im pretty open. Thought I'd leave up to you all but the less is more vibe with a cool flare. Hope im being helpful.

I was being drawn to circles on logos as they popped but not sure how it would work. Maybe too much. I do definitely like the black backfground and white letters unless you show me something my non creative brain can visualize!
