Please refer to my PR post on tumblr for flavor... we are not going for frivolous but memorable. Kitschy only would work if it's clean, crisp and clever. Other than that, we are open.

Please understand that we are attracting money collector, foodies, art influencers. We are looking for something that would attract these types. Thank you for reading and noting the caliber of project (celebrity chef, 10,000 sq. foot venue with 24 foot ceilings, and an on-premise curator). Open to a symbol only if it is strong.

Cutesy is a non-starter. Our audience wants to use their heads - so anything u can do to trick the mind is appreciated. Identity should trigger the same feeling as if you are at a gallery looking at an interesting piece. It isnt necessary to make it 'literal' - that is why i moved the literal translations to the non-interstg column.

It needs to make u think, feel.....

My client has reviewed the whole page and thinks that the submissions so far are too rectilinear - and too corporate and lack a feeling of flowing design and innovation. We would love to see more please.

Love to see some out-of-box hand-drawn-feeling symbols if possible

Any symbols or pitctorials out there? Something that is purely an element (like a Nike's swoosh)?

Everyone is latching on to L A H and that's cool, but we'd love any imagination you can draw from our concept for just a custom mark.

Also, I was just told that we're going to be putting an element on the glasses, the dishes and the back of the bar seats, preferably something that is extracted from the logo family of elements ... please bear that in mind in case anyone wants to take a stab at a very strong standalone element.

We realize we won't get everything we may need - but I will try to share more things - like this logo - i found to be cool because of the added dimension (although they also have a flat version) -- sometimes it's nice to see stuff like this: http://instagram.com/p/g-t67yyXZs/

By the way - that is an "H" but also the side profile of a hotel bed - Hotels Tonight - it's an App. Just letting you know that we will also want to put an element on an App, so thought this'd be helpful to see.

Dear Designers,

Although the options were wide open most of you chose to go with the letters LAH… We still would like to see an out-of-the-box symbol pictorial image something unique that could potentially stand on its own.

Also, if somebody wants to take a stab at just the tagline (the curated life) we'dlove to see some interesting font options there ... Or even just for the words: liquid art house. I thought this was interesting http://andoniapr.com/logotourney - The way the letters just run continuously… Not sure if that method could be applied to either the tagline or the logo but just thought I'd mention it.

As for pictorial marks or elements, we did get a couple but we would like to see more options -- Our contest is still wide-open and we welcome new designs… Thank you again!

Good morning... from Miami & Boston - i will have a call with the creator of Liquid Art House to hear her thoughts - we have not a clear winner yet and there are some promising designs. I've heard that the chandelier may be like this and was asked to see a design in this color (MAROON) -here is link in case u are unfamiliar with it

Also - still be curious to see the words Liquid Art House in a continuous flow - making up one box or rectangle as its own entity -- any style that ud like but i was inspired with how these letters have no space and continuous flow -- http://andoniapr.com/logotourney does that make sense? DO u see how Ground runs on 2 lines... i tried it myself but couldnt make a box... a vertical shape would be best.
