No Relation to Links in Logo

What do you think the 3 people are doing – they are linked together

Mate you need to do your homework, this is not link as in link but a back link that helps you rank higher on search engines via SEO

The links are coming across Fine, But I don't see Logo Depicting a competition / contest / Tournament anywhere

Try Fitting the Podium instead of blue Circle in the center....around the 2 links

I would want the word Link and Tournament in Same line with Graphic on left of the word, On the Second line you can add the "tag line" and add some color variations...I like the colors that other podium concept guy has used...

#22 Looks better but still not perfect, The Text needs to centre aligned with logo and may be some variations in color in text aswell.
