#2 Can You Thin the swoosh by about half Lighten the swoosh to a more subtle middle gray Make the swoosh more transparent so it does not overpower the letters, particularly the i
Definitely like the lighter, thinner swoosh. Question, our tagline is "Smart Technology Solutions Made Simple" I think we either have to have it rendered as one string, or break it after the word Solutions. Can we see it both ways? Q: In your placement of the tagline, were you trying to give a different break? It does make me pause and think. Thanks
On #56, could you show the elipse break at the bottom of the "i", or have it butt up against the two sides of the "i" so it does not wrap over the top of it. I am pretty sure you had it overlap on the "i" to show the continuity of the elipse, but I am curious if we can get the same affect with what I am asking. Thanks
OK, I would like to see one last thing. Could you take #71 (unbroken elipse) and #72 (broken elipse) and raise the "LIne Systems, Inc." up to the same levcel as the tagline on #54. Then, tweak the tagline to "Smart Technology Made Simple" under the "LIne Systems, Inc." and make the font the same size as the tagline in #54. Hopefully that made sense. Thanks!
Hi, Question. Is there a reason in #1 that the "i' looks the same as a character as the "l". One of my people thinks it could be confusing to people viewing it that it could read "isi" rather than "lsi." Can you explain if that is a design chraceteristic, or you think we should change, or whatever your professional response is to the question. I think the fact that it is shorter with the "orange dot" to diferentiate it makes it pretty clean. Curious as to your thoughts. Thanks
Hi, actually, that's was a character of the font (the name ; Museo). but I tried to made the "l" higher than "i" : #104 option B, made capital "L" at #105 Hope you like.
In #89, if you could take the "l" in the logo and remove the left top-side curve and flatten the top of the "l" to be like the other upper case letters in the treatment, that would be great. Thanks
It is looking evry much like we are going to use your design. We did however lhave a slightly different tagline treatment in mind however. I will attempt to explain it, but perhaps there is a way for me to send you an email with a rendering if my explanation does not work. First, we want tio change the word "technology" into "communications" in the tagline. Second, we would like the tagline to be completely on the right side of the logo with the first line being "Line Systems, Inc." being about twice as tall (in the same color gray as your swoosh) as you currently have it (I will leave that up to your design sensibiities). The top of the "L" would be lined up (height-wise) between the top of the "i" and "dot." The second line would be the "Smart Communications Solutions" with the tagline itself in a lighter gray all in capitals. Lastly, the third line would be in a handwriting/cursive style of "Made Simple" in an ornage that is a lighter version of the ornage for the "dot" over the "i." This would offer anice balance of our accent colors and ana overall balance with your logo treatment. I can see it, and its is the final piece of the puzzle. Let me know if you need clarification or need to email you something separately. Thanks!
I think we are getting close - I like it. A couple of comments and tweaks. First, if we could get the height of the "L" back to what i was in #119 I think it makes the logo more balanced? Thoughts? Second, if we take #121 and center the tagline treatment like I had mentioned in the email (which I know can be difficult). Would like the Line Systems, Inc. in "gray", and the tgaline in "gray" If we could make the Made Simple a little darker orange, amybe a little bigger, and non-italicized. If we could remove the gray accent lines around "Mad Simple" that would be good. Lastly, if you can take the entire tagline treatment and center it against the logo. Hope that makes sense. FYI, I can send you what I am talking about if you can give me a way to contact you. Looking forward to the end result. Thanks
updated #123 #124 #125 #126 btw, the rules allowed designer to give email address after CH finished the contest. and usually, they can send additional design by email directly to CH.
Sorry, I have never used anything like this before. What is "CH"?. And, are you saying if I declare a winner I can have them tweak the logo after the contest is over? Please clarify. Thanks
The logos use sent are close, particularly #124. Sorry to be a pain, but we are re-branding and messaging a $60M company and I want this to be the best that it can be. The tagline is not centered agianst the logo, but it does seem to have a nice flow to it. Is there a reason why you cannot make it so the tagline balances between the top and bottom of the logo, opposed to at the botoom right? I do not want to offend your design sensibilities, just inquiring. Lastly, if you could make the "Made Simple" aybe as much as twice as big. Thanks!
Yes, you can make some revision with the designer after contest closed, since the designs used same concept with the design which you choose be the winner, then the designer enjoyed did thats :) And they can send the final revision by email, directly. We happy to make satisfied the CH (Contest Holder ; as you). After the contest closed, the designer can give the email address to the CH
OK, good to know. Let's take #129 and amake the "Mad Simple" as big, or a little bigger than the "Line Systems, Inc.
I envision us purchasing this on Monday or Tuesday when I can my managemnt team's final ok. We all like logo and are just trying to feel the same way about the tagline. Thanks
OK, We are purchasing the logo today. I need one tweak to #133 & #134. Please replace the word "Communications" with "Technology." If you could do that sooner than later hat would be great. Alos, what format would we get the logo? eps, etc.? Thanks
you'll get .eps and .jpeg formatted for the final files. If you need another formatted, the designer can send you by email after the contest completed.
Hi, I would like the "Made Simple" to be the same dark orange as the "dot" on the "i" and we are good to go to buy the logo. This is on #133 & 134 obviously. Thanks!
Is that exactly the same orange as on the "dot", it ;looks much lighter still? It doesn't look as bold or dark to my eye. That is the only thing left on the logo, so I want to make sure it matches the dark orangE on the "dot" Thanks!
When we buy the final logo, can you save one with the tagline, and one with jsut the logo (no tagline). Thanks
If your answer is that it is the same color orange, we need to make the "Made Simple" appear darker so it looks like the same color to the eye. Our concern is the lighter orange will get washed out on certain electronic and/or print backgrounds. Thanks
Need these ASAP please with final revision of same orange as the dot as discussed earlier. Please give me your contact information if it is easier to finalize via phone or email. Tahnk you.
