I've put a leg in front. Adding a suit would make everything cluttered and confusing. Considering the man's position, the suit would have to hang somehow and this will also create confusion, very few will understand what's happening there. The details will not be visible in small size and it will affect the whole design. I recommend keeping it as simple as possible for an easy use on all mediums and in all sizes in the future.
One other suggestion. Is it possible to have one of the legs coming over the the line (that is, to the forefront)? That way, there is no confusion that he is hopping over to the forefront rather than over to the background.
You have a point. My idea was to have blue at the bottom because it is color that expresses trust and strength, and so the overall look would be of a person who goes from grey (neutral) to blue (trustworthy and strong). Let me know if you'd like to see other color combos.
I really like this one. I want to think about the blue in the bottom of the circle. It kind of feels like jumping into water. I have to think about whether I like that. Is that what you were thinking?
