Perhaps on this one, you could have the arc changing colors from gray on the left slowly transforming to blue on the right. The metaphor is changing from an older manager (with gray hair) to a younger one.

I like this. Can you try a version of it but using the Greek letter delta (looks like a triangle) for the 'A' in the word "Change"? Delta is a symbol for change.

Perhaps you could even replace the arcs at the top with something using the greek "delta" letter

Thanks for this submission also Marie. The thing I really like about the other logo with the arcs is that is shows two concepts: 1) youth and energy entering and 2) age and fatigue exiting. That's sort of the theme of the company. I replace older managers with younger more energetic ones. Is it possible to show that concept somehow with the arc?
