Thanks for a new idea! I am regretting sharing am old sample logo because they all look like the version we want to change. I like yours for these reasons:
- new colors (blue is nice with the lime green) - it's creative
We are not sure about the lighthouse... limelight is more of a bright spotlight placed on a single performer, usually on a theater stage. No lighthouse. Hope this is helpful. Thank you!
Concept for #75 - #79 designs : Four sourcelight (four founders) with one spotlight. Concept for #80 - #81 designs : Four circuit board (technology) as filament of lightbulb with four rays.
YES! That's what we wanted to see... finally something new. Thanks for explaining the concept too.
You have now given us a new spin on the concept... I personally like #75 best. If the spotlight is on a stage... the consumer we serve is "in the Limelight". The focus is on our customer. It's a nice twist. I am waiting to hear their feedback. Maybe a person on the stage? (too busy?)
On the other hand, we also like #81... it's clean, less shading and the circuit filament almost looks like a smiling face. I also like how the bulb is not confined to the circle or square. One of our founders has a bias against shading or shadows. He prefers a flat design which is easily used in both black & white (no greys) and in color. For that reason, the other designs may be eliminated.
Nice font... maybe best without shading, gradient or outlining.
#90 is best... Like the fonts and clean and simple design.
The Bulb: Prefer a flay image (no shading or 3D) The background is what the team is not happy with. 1) Just a solid green square background without shading may help. 2) Or maybe incorporate a digital theme where the background fades into digital rays of light? (From large to small digital blocks) behind the exact same bulb in #90. 3) A simple bulb - empty with no filament or a single lowercase "L"?
We decided against spotlights or using people in the image... "just a simple bulb" will be the winner.
I think this could be last version before final. Thank you for your patience!!!
