What We Do
You know that really cool feeling you get during a great workout class when the music is just right, the instructor is connected, and the workout challenges the right mix of intensity and introspection? LimbUS doesn’t hope for that feeling. We create that feeling. On purpose. Every time.

What:
We are excited to bring LimbUS to the world. LimbUS is a 50 minute physical and emotional fitness program that challenges, moves and shapes the body and brain. LimbUS is unlike anything out there and will up-end the group fitness industry by delivering a revolutionary workout that combines physical and emotional fitness.
Why:
LimbUS empowers each TRIBE member (participant) to lean into discomfort and experience growth as a result. High-intensity exercise challenges the physical, mental and emotional blocks as participants get clear on what matters to them. We create space for TRIBE members to connect to their body, their mind and their power in the studio so that it becomes easily accessible to them outside of the studio.

Who:
Designed by a pair of authentic, passionate and driven experts, the founders consist of an internationally recognized physician psychiatrist/exercise physiology and a resident physician/meditation teacher, and an elite athlete strength coach/exercise physiologist. Together, they offer 44 years of experience in the science and practice of physical and emotional fitness.

How:
LimbUS or Limbus integrates physical agility, strength, HIIT and skill acquisition together with explicit emotional cues based on the science of neuroplasticity and brain behaviour. To facilitate growth, LimbUS uses other sensory modalities such as sound (music, breath), rhythm, and body temperature. Carefully selected songs, in combination with well established emotional cues, guides tribe members to notice, and process emotions.

Color Preferences
Red, yellow, blue white - tone is more important than colour, nothing too vibrant or dark
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Nothing too busy. It should be designed around the name Limbus. Having it as 'LimbUS' is something that we like but are not decided on. Should fit in with the health and fitness genres but is also about mental and emotional health.

I have attached some photos of the founders for reference. They are fun and happy, not afraid to be silly., the represent friendship and community. These are medical professionals excited about what they have created.
