Also, keep in mind that if you want silkscreen onto shirts or posters, you won't want any shading, shadows or gradients in your design. Only solid, flat colors will print via silkscreening. (If you are just printing on paper or signage, then it shouldn't be an issue.)
Entry # 7, we like the background splatter. Can we see what it would look like in silver. Also, can we offset the words "lily's" and "Lounge" like in entries # 4 and #5. We like how "Lily's" is outlined in white in Entry #4, can we also see that with other fonts that are more cursive.
Entry # 14 is getting really close to what we are looking for. A couple of changes......can we see dots in between the "9-8-12" instead of dashes. Also....not sure if you are able to view other entries we have received...but there are a few that are using a font for "Lily's" that is much more script-like. Can "Lily's" be in a more fancy script and still keep it bold and outlined in white as you have it.
Just ranked #22 as #1....looks really good. One additional element that we would like if possible is swirls coming off the paint splatter background. Hard to explain.....we could email you a design that inspired us if that is allowable.
Yeah, I think I know what you mean. Some sort of abstract, elegant swirly ribbons, I am guessing. I am not supposed to have or condone private communication, but you can certainly post a link if you can upload the design to a website or file share site.
But, let me see what I can come up with tonight, as I think I know pretty much what you mean. If I completely miss on what you meant, then we can consider using a reference ;)
Also, I withdrew the designs that used a different splat design, just to simplify everything for us. I can reinstate them if you decide you ever need to see them again.
Entry #48... I took a step back and realized that it might be getting too busy. That might be the look you want in the previous revisions, but this one reads a bit better and is a little easier to digest. Too much stuff going will just distract from your main text.
It's really just a matter of personal preference at this point. Let me know what ya think. Thanks!
Entry # 22 is still the favorite......appreciate the swirl additions but we think it makes it a bit too busy and "Lily's" is a bit harder to see. I think the last revision we'd like to see would be entry # 22 with a little bigger splatter background with some pink splatter around the edges looking as if the silver is layered over the pink. If that's possible, we'd like to see 2 versions, one with the lips and one without and we will definitely be choosing 1 of the 2.
Alright, here are the revisions for you to compare. I kept toying with the shade of pink to get one that will pop and look nice against the silver, and I had to go a little bit darker than the "hot pink" shades to get it to look nice....
