We've previously hosted a logo contest with less than desirable results.

There are several companies in the U.S. that have the "Life Safety Systems, Inc." or "LSS" name. We'd like to differentiate ourselves from the competition.

We have no association with medical equipment.

The logo should provide representation of a professional / technical company.

Emphasis should either be placed on the entire name "Life Safety Systems" or "Systems" e.g. don't place more emphasis on "Life" or "Safety" over the word "Systems"

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for your efforts so far. The logo's are looking great.

We wanted to provide some additional input -
1) We like simplicity
2) We like clean lines
3) We like the use of small caps

I've attached a sample (to the design brief) of our new website layout with basic logo on the top left hand side for your use.
