The flame is beautiful but there is a lot happening with the words. Of seems bigger than the rest, the extra flame in Fire is too much. Can we simplify the text in some way? The font you've chosen seems a too cute. I do love how you've stacked the words and the way Coaching is spaced.

The flame is good, but both the flame and text are so clean, it reminds me of a financial institute versus a personal service.
