I want to thank everyone for there entries so far. I wanted to comment on the direction of the designs and clarify that I would like the logo not to focus on the name of the practice but to really design a modern and abstract image of a tooth or something dental related. Vibrant and engaging with the name either added next to it or underneath it. Great job so far. Thanks!

I'm not looking to make the business name as the focus of the logo, due to the fact that I will be taking over the rest of the practice and the name will eventually change. Looking for a innovative interpretation of a molar.

Thanks for all the entries so far. Some great designs out there. I'm not familiar with the format of the winning logo. Will i be able to change the company name with some ease?

Again, my main interest is really the logo, I dont want the company name to be the focus. Will be changed in about 6 months.

Changing the name should be fairly easy, you receive an .eps file, which usually has named layers (depending on the designer's habits). You can hide or delete undesired layers. We're told to convert the text to outline, so you will need to ask the designer which font they used if you like it or choose any other font you like to insert the new name with. I don't know if I just made it more complicated, if you have any additional questions just ask any of the designers or post here, we're happy to help.
