Here is a new slogan, hope this design works for your needs. Please let me know if you would like another color scheme.

#14 Currently ranked number one by the office staff (6/29/09). For B&W. they like #16 better than the graytone in #17. The tag line gets lost as you reduce the size such as the return address on an envelope

Would you like to see the tag line removed ?
Or see a resizing to accommodate letterhead, envelope, and business card designs ?

Design with address in case you choose to use it for mailing or letterhead...

Thanks for your consistent Feedback !!

Removed the "sun" silhouette.. upon further investigation and critique of the design, i noticed that it seemed much more simple. And revealed a "L" shape in the Lighthouse, and waves.
With less colors, and no graidients the design will be much easier to reproduce for print and web.

#73 is number one in today's staff review. Please enter this one in B&W only. Based on the earlier ones I feel that it will be OK. Thanks

I can understand the concept of balance, but #70 keeps coming back to the top. I think part of the reason is that the sum conveys the electricity utility (we have a lot of solar in our community) and the lighthouse on the right emphasizes BPW vs. Lewes.

i am glad you are happy with #70
sit is my personal favorite out of the others i designed for you, as you said balance is key... but the design should also reflect some of the Lewes lifestyle and area, And the sun in the design focuses on such things as, parts of the area being powered by solar energy. But primarily the focus is "BPW" (board of public works) so #70 fits the brief much better , as it puts more emphasis on the right side of the design drawing the eye towards "BPW".
I have all the file ready for delivery at your approval.
Thanks,
