Can you please do two things: Option 1 - add box around mark. Option 2 - pull the mark up with the bottom level with the name LEVEL, and then take Development NW all the way across (mark and LEVEL).

This is good. I like the two tone mark. Really want LEVEL bigger than Development NW

Could you play around with the blue color options, as well as moving this logo to the left of the first line "LEVEL", and both lines?
