Let's Go FishingLogo Design Contest

This program is part of the NH Fish and Game Department. The program is an educational fishing program run by volunteers. Its focus is mostly on beginners and all of the programs are free of charge. We work with parks and recreation groups, scouts, schools, etc. The program has a both a classroom part and field trip where we bring them to a local pond or stream and provide all of the gear, bait, and instruction to teach them how to go out and fish on there own.

Our target audience is anyone that wants to learn how to fish, or has not gone fishing for a period of time and wants to get back into fishing. We get lots of family participation, and our participants range in ages 8 to 80.

I like the idea of the logo showing off the fact that this is a educational fishing program. I like the idea of scenery and image of a mentor or person getting fishing instruction. Inclusion of people participating in activity is preferable.

Please DO NOT include tropical fish species ( no marlin). This program is located in New Hampshire. We mostly fish for bass, trout, panfish, and pickerel in our programs.

Logo should have clean, modern look.

I would like the design to show the fact that it is an educational program.

It will also be used to create a patch for jackets and fishing vests, so a simple design that can be embroidered on patch for volunteer instructors.
