Try and simplify the color schemes. Sometimes less is more I am a little more plain than these colors. Also the first 3 are a bit blocky and the most recent is a bit to cartoonish.

I like #13, to me however it appears that the emphasis is on the C for company, I would like the emphasis stay on entire name or Lester.

lets think outside the circle I like the new colors but afraid it is a little to pastel.

I like the ideas. I'm looking for something more rustic, western, kinda like the examples I attached to file. These are all a little to boilerplate
Let the name and the initials stand out more. Not really crazy about the circles. Look at the examples I sent in for inspiration.
