What We Do

Legend V Apartments (not roman numeral, but alpha “V”)-High end apartments with very modern feel. Think grey brick and stone, water features, stainless steel and granite. To warm it up, accent colors in the clubhouse and pool areas will be orange, salmon, purples and sage greens. These are located on a greenbelt, so we will have lots of trees around. Want the “V” to be prominent.

Another note ... we want the "V" to look like the letter "V". Appreciate the abstract, but a good, solid letter V is what we are looking for. And if you you green, make it less bright. Closer to sage green. Thanks all for your creativity!

We find that we really like the idea of having the word LEGEND on top, a "V" design under, then the word "Apartments" under that. If some of you, particularly in the top10-15 would like to work with that, it would be great. Basically, we did not want "V" on there twice. Thanks all! Great stuff!
