I like the idea of the 3 primary colors + the white/black letters.
Not sure if they convey the right message (primary colors LED combined make white light, but it's not the only technology to do that). But the idea is nice and the font is modern and "designer" looking.

Can you play with the bars in

- shades of grey
- white

instead of colors?

#23 #24 another concept

#23 and #24 have 2 problems for me:

1) It looks too much like a lightbulb and this is opposite to the LED concept
2) They don't communicate "design and style".
