Lease HatchLogo Design Contest

We take apartment leads that traditionally are not followed up on by management staff, put them in a follow up sales incubator, and in the end, turn those leads into leases.

We're playing on the idea that we're taking sales leads that just normally sit there and we're creating automated campaigns designed to guide the end user into renting an apartment..thus we are incubating the leads and hatching leads.

We were thinking play it cute, but not too cute b/c it's some serious software, so more like if someone saw the logo, thought about it a second, and then were like "oh yea, got it, cute frickin bird"

As for the art, a bird hatching from an egg, something cute/funny
