Thank you to all of you for your interest and first draft.

General comments - I seem to be leaning towards a a "softer" logo such as #1 and #2- both in terms of color and actual design.

#1- I like the direction of this. Would it be possible to change the round lock to be more of a house symbol of some sort?
#2 I also like this concept, but would prefer the key to be less rigid and perhaps have more of a cartoon or rounder feel than the angular one now. When I first saw it, it almost looked like a cross to me. :)

Please keep the ideas flowing. I would love to see a lot of different approaches.

More great stuff.

I think the clean lines and simple imagry as depicted in #'s 1,2 16,19, & 20 will lend themselves best to our marketing approach. Perhaps 13 too - maybe loose the LD on the coin.

ranking the logos might help in giving designers some cues as to what are your likes and dislikes.

In addition to the ranking exercise, some additional comments:

#57- still like this a lot. Would love to see a version of this that has a somewhat more structured/angular house and perhaps a more "professional/serious"- but not TOO serious font.

#20- like this too. any way to add a little more flair? It is almost too basic in this format.

#31- Can I see the blue in less of an aqua - more toward the navy. Also, can be coin be green. Make the word deposits same font as Lease.

#2 - original feedback still applies.

#41- like the concept. Not totally sold on the font. i wish I had better feedback, but it isn't clear right now to me. I will think more on it.


Thanks again to all of you. I like the way this is going, and I will try to give more timely/direct feedback in the remaineder of the time as we wrap it up.

BIG CHANGE FOR ALL STILL COMPETING- Due to a legal issue, the logo must now say LeaseDeposit - with NO S on the deposits. Please make the change, and I apologize for the last minute change.

#67 - like the font, but prefer the original "house" logo tha thas the key hole up top. Still wish we could just slightly tweak the house so that it looks less like an envelope. (bad description, but not sure how else to explain.) Can you also do a version with the original font (after tweaking the house)


#62-like the color.

#64- I like this a lot. Very different than the others, but interesting. Just to be sure, could you show me with some different font types. You can see the others where I tend to like.

#65 as I am looking at it some more, I guess that I would say a more playful (like raning #1 and #2) font would be the direction. I like the logo a lot. when you mark up a playful logo type, maybe just slightly angle the logo to make it too more playful.

For all of them that have a dark grey/lighter grey word coloring - can you please take the both colors a shade darker - this might show up better in newspaper print advertising.

Thank you to everyone who participated. I a lot of great ideas to choose from, and I understand that I should rank my top 10. I will definitely do this.

I have narrowed it down to my top 3- and will be choosing one of those. Some final comments.

- Can you please drop the S on Deposits so it is Deposit and darken the font on Lease. Also the peer group like the idea of a key/house in the design. Can you give me two final designs. One with the changes I just mentioned. Everything else the same, and a second with all of those changes and a small, simple key leaning against the logo.

#92- Can you give me a version with just one change- flatten the bottom arch on the logo and remove the notch there so it is just a straight line and looks like a house.

#80 - I think we have made all the necessary changes to a version I am pretty happy with. I would like to see just one other version - with everything the same except a capital L and a capital D at the beginning of the words.
