I really like the blue and green version. The chart on the red version doesn't really match with the brand - but I'm wondering if you can possibly work some red into the blue and green version and also maybe some other font choices.

Is it possible to incorportate some more grey into it (a circle or long circle arrow around the logo)?

Also, what about a font similar to ranking #3 and #4?

Last, can you use a dark grey or black for the lettering?

Thank you, I've uploaded two kind of fonts because according to feedback above ranked #3 & #4 is actually #20 so logo should look like this #45 #46 but according to what I see hovering my mouse on #3 #4 update should look like this #43 #44

Yes - perfect - #20 is the font I like.

Two more small requests if possible, could you make the word "leading" slightly larger or more pronounced than the word '"leading"?

Second request, could you make the "real leaders tell their success stories" a little darker grey?

Thank you, I've uploaded new versions but in your comment above there is probably some mistake because it says "make the word "leading" slightly .... than the word '"leading"? - so I've made 2 versions with each word larger than other:
