Hey Guz, I like the arrow treatment between the "A" & "D". We'd like to see some color changes though. How about "lead" & "gen" being blue & green. Also, I'm not a big fan of the gloss effect. I prefer a subtle gradient feel.

#93, we like the icon but where wondering if you had any other ideas. Also could we move the direct under the main text, right aligned?

Congrats on making it to the top 5. The icon looks good, so no more changes on the icon, We'd like to see some variation on the type treatment. We would like to also see some slight variations on the shades of the blue and green colors and gradients.
