My concept is based off of the Cho Ku Rei Reiki symbol which represents healing, focus, and strength. I have also manipulated the symbol so it creates an "L" and "C" from its elements. You can google "Cho Ku Rei" and "Reiki" to get in depth information, but I think this representation is perfect for the energy and attitude you bring in redefining leadership.
