I would like the logo to represent growth -- seeds to leads. The idea is that we nurture, help grow prospects and turn them into customers.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Ranking designs regularly will encourage participation and keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closed it will enter a Judging phase. You can re-rank designs while in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions.

The use of the color green is important to emphasize growth.
The word "greenhouse" needs to be treated as one word.
Like to have an image that can stand alone from the words "Lead Greenhouse" -- like #3, #4, and #5.

The Lead Greenhouse nurtures prospects > seed > growth > ripe tomato. This image is a good example of the tomato (prospect) at different stages of growth:
