Hi, thanks for the new designs. I keep being drawn back to this one. Could you do it against a white background as I am wondering if it might look less impactful.
Hi, yes, I see what you mean. The black background is not integral to the design itself. Accordingly, the design could be imposed over a white background. Look forward to seeing some further iterations.
hi
Please keep in mind that the black bakground is optional in my design
Meaning ... that the actual file is on a clear transparent back ground, thus you can place / print over any colour.
Does that make sence to you ?
cheers Marc
Hi, thanks again for your designs in the previous round.
It would now be good to experiment with some alternative versions of #175 (keeping this as the core design). For example:
A. Play around with the thickness and other aspects of the horizon line.
B. Perhaps try making some subtle changes, such as to the red dot.
C. One of the challenges is how to make a black background work on a business card or footer of an email. My preference would be for the logo to sit within its own box, circle or other space.
D. Try different brightness levels of the lettering.
E. Try making the "X" bigger than the word "Law".
F. Slightly thicken / thin the lettering.
G. Go freestyle! Explore anything else you think could really work / look great / that you'd like to see.
Could we try it with the "X" totally red; and the dot also red and mid-height (i.e. on the horizontal line where the two lines of the "X" intersect). Could you try it with a blue horizon too. Thanks again for submitting a design.
hi there
thanks so much for the feedback and your rating
Happy to make revisions but in i would advise not to do a glow as glow effects dont print well, just my 2 cents as a designer .
If your only giong to use it as a web ONLY logo then its failry ok
cheers Marc

For example, would like to see a version with a red "X" and red horizon line.
Would also like to see a glow of the sun's light coming from behind the line of the horizon.
Thanks again.
