Having compared, I am going to stick with #294. I will select it as the winner in a moment :) 6 years ago light commented on #296 Withdrawn Chrome for the outer ring. 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #294 Thanks. I think we're pretty much there now. Can we try one variation to #294, which is to have the metallic / chrome instead of the white as the fill-colour for the outer ring. 6 years ago light commented on #292 Withdrawn Sure :) I will provide the small medium and large size. 6 years ago light commented on #294 Yes, same design, the difference is the highlight 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #292 Withdrawn Thanks, re: the png, jpg, and gif files, please could you provide a typical small, medium and large of each. 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #294 Agreed - definitely cool! Other than the highlighted dot, is #294 the same as #292? If so, I will promote it to No. 1 place. 6 years ago light commented on #294 in my opinion looks better, but if you want the dot more visible, it better without the highlight. with the highlight looks cool too :) 6 years ago light commented on #292 Withdrawn You're welcome I have submitted 3 more options 1. logo with chrome inner circle with black and white background. 2. dot with highlight Yes I can provide all the file format I can give you the font , but the font of the logo are fully edited. Hex color codes, I will provide it. What size you need for the png, jpg, gif? Thank you 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #294 Hi, you think the highlighted dot looks better or worse? 6 years ago light commented on #294 The dot with highlight I do not use it because it looks more visible (in my opinion) What do you think? 6 years ago light commented on #293 Withdrawn The logo against black background with the circle chrome. the reason I use the light inner circle, because if the logo place against black background the logo still stand out (example business card, brochure with dark background etc). 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #292 Withdrawn Hi, thanks for this. I think #292 is the winning design! As an experienced logo designer, can you see any obvious tweaks or improvements to this design that I - as a layperson - might be missing? In terms of file formats, please provide the following in due course: .AI .PDF .EPS .JPG .PNG. .GIF Fonts. Hex Colour Codes. Thanks for all your great designs. 6 years ago light commented on #291 Withdrawn center the dot to the lettering 6 years ago light commented on #292 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, my apology for the delay. I just got back from church. center the dot to w and x. Thank you 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #286 Withdrawn Hi, thanks for the latest two designs. Overall, my preference is still this one: #286. The thicker horizon on the other two spoils the arc of curve. The only changes to bring across from those latest logos are: A. Putting the dot in the centre between the "W" and the "X". B. Putting the dot on the same horizontal axis as the middle of the lettering. I.e. If a horizontal line was drawn through the centre of the lettering, the dot and the centre of the "X" would both be on that line. In addition, could you make the size of the dot ever-so slightly smaller. Thanks again for your designs. Hopefully we can finish this off today (Xmas Eve). If so, I will select the winning design. 6 years ago light commented on #290 Withdrawn the red dot slightly move down to balance the look. Is this what you mean in change in C section? 6 years ago light commented on #289 Withdrawn Changes according to your last message. the red dot center to "LAW and X" 6 years ago light commented on #286 Withdrawn Ok, I will work it right now the change above. Thank you 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #286 Withdrawn Hi there Well done again on creating a great design. Could we use this final phase to explore a few variations of #286 as follows: A. Extend the 'tail' of both ends of the blue horizon ever-so slightly. B. Making the blue horizon ever-so slightly more bright and thick (but not by much). C. Have the red dot and centre of the "X" be in the horizontal middle of all the lettering. That might already be the case, and it might be me not being able to see it with the naked-eye! D. Thin the lettering of the word "Law" ever-so slightly. With all of the above, it's just a case of tiny "micro" adjustments. When issuing the updates, please just add a quick comment to say the changes. 6 years ago light commented on #286 Withdrawn HI Comet120, thank you very much, looking forward for the revision. Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #286 Withdrawn Hi, Just a quick message to say congratulations - you are the winner. Well done, and thank you for all the designs. In the final round, I would like to try and tweak / enhance #286: I will come back to you in this regard shortly. 6 years ago light commented on #286 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, The difference is #286 more dramatic, bright in the middle, #285 using flat color, just for comparison. If you want change anything, please let me know. Thank you Best regards, 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #286 Withdrawn Thanks for these. What's the difference between #286 and #285? 6 years ago light commented on #284 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, These are the change #285, #286 More feedback are very welcome Thank you so much. 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #284 Withdrawn Hi, thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, that's it, but could you get the horizon tighter to the wording and brighten the horizon too (make it more striking). Thanks again. 6 years ago light commented on #274 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, Is it like this #284 more feedback are welcome. Thank you 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #274 Withdrawn Hi there, thanks for the updated designs. Could you update this version with the same blue horizon line as per #159 (also with the X and line touching). Many thanks again for all your great designs to date, and look forward to seeing an update to this one. 6 years ago light commented on #260 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, thank you for your feedback These are the variations refer to your last message #272, #273, #274, #275, #276, #277 more feedback are welcome Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #260 Withdrawn Hi, also could we try the "X" and dot as per #159? 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #260 Withdrawn Hi, thanks for the latest designs, but I keep being drawn back to this one. Could you try this one with a brighter "Law" and also incorporate the thin metallic blue horizon used on earlier designs. 6 years ago light commented on #166 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, These are the variations refer to your last message #259, #260, #261, #262, #263, #264, #265, #266, #267, #268 feel free to change or combine the design Thank you Best regards, Marsl 6 years ago light commented on #166 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, so sorry for late reply, I will submit the new variation soon. Thank you 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #166 Withdrawn Hi, thanks again for your designs in the previous round. It would now be good to experiment with some different logo designs using #166 as the core design. For example: a. Play around with the inner circle colour. I am thinking blue or red could be good. b. Brighten the word "Law" as it feels too dark. c. Try making the "X" bigger than the word "Law". d. Slightly thicken the lettering. e. Experiment with a lighter shaded background instead of pure black. f. Explore anything else you think could really work or look good. I look forward to seeing more of your designs. 6 years ago light commented on #166 Withdrawn You are very welcome :) if you need change anything, please let me know. Thank you. 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #166 Withdrawn Hi - this is great. Love that white inner circle. Your definitely a finalists - congrats. I won't ask for any further iterations until then. Thanks again for listening to my comments and interpreting them with your own flair. 6 years ago light commented on #128 Withdrawn Hello Comet120, thank you for your feedback. These are the new change #159, #160, #161, #162, #163, #164, #165, #166 feel free to combine or change :) Thank you Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #131 Withdrawn Hi, I really like this one too, so if you're able to apply some or all of the feedback given for #128 that would be cool. Thanks again. 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #128 Withdrawn Hi, this is great thanks. Really like the blue horizon. Could we try the following: A. Remove the blue haze / glow above the blue horizon. B. Try the red dot in the middle between the "Law" and the "X". C. Experiment with the "X", so that it is clearer that it is to be read as an "X", rather than as a symbol. For example, extending the other line of the "X". D. Rather than the background being entirely in-fill black, have the logo sitting in a circle that is in-filled black (i.e. all the rest of the space is left white). I think this might make it easier to work with in terms of an email footer and on the website. This would be the same as #131, but include the whole logo. Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing some new designs. 6 years ago light commented on #90 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, You are very welcome :) These are the change #128, #129, #130, #131, #132,#133,#134 More feedback are welcome. Thank you Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #90 Withdrawn Great - thanks. 6 years ago light commented on #90 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, thank you for your feedback, I will submit new design. Thank you. Best regards 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #90 Withdrawn Hi, many thanks for this design. Could you try the following changes: 1. Try a version that has no dot, but the "X" is made to stand out with ever-so slightly more extended lines and is coloured red. 2. Really like the idea of Law.X sitting just above a curved line representing the earth's horizon with the sun's rays breaking over it. This feels very futuristic and space-age. I have uploaded a jpeg to the Brief as an example...but would want it to be more subtle than that image. 3. Could we try a version where the word "Law" sits in a black-filled circle, with the red dot on the circumference and the "X" outside the circle (the area outside the circle is white-filled). Thanks again for your designs, and I look forward to seeing some more. 6 years ago light commented on #91 Withdrawn pixelate right top "X" 6 years ago light commented on #89 Withdrawn pixelate red dot 6 years ago light commented on #88 Withdrawn pixelate red crosshair 6 years ago light commented on #87 Withdrawn circle red crosshair 6 years ago light commented on #62 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, These are the new change #87, #88, #89, #90, #91, #92 More feedback are welcome Thank you 6 years ago light commented on #62 Withdrawn Hi Comet120, thank you so much for your feedback, I will submit the change. Thank you again. Best regards, 6 years ago Comet120 commented on #62 Withdrawn Hi, thanks for the logo. Likes: - use of chrome / steel. - the distinctive "X" (so the pronunciation is clear as Law. X) - futuristic lettering. - like the idea of the target logo, but it's a bit too aggressive. Could it be more subtle? For example a red dot in the centre of the "x". - could you try a version with a small amount of pixilation. Perhaps on one the letters or part of a letter. - A period like this "Law.X" I like. The period could be used for the pixels too. Thanks again for submitting a design. 6 years ago light commented on #63 Withdrawn cutting edge weapon crosshair, right on target, powerful conventional using sword and shield :) I hope you like it.
