Welcome to logo tournament. I hope I can be of service to you. I specialize in Real Estate logos and I have had great success with Keller Williams clients on this site already. I have a pretty good grasp of KW's branding vision, and have established off site continued working relationships with some of these clients.

Here are some KW clients who have selected my work here on Logo Tournament :

https://logotournament.com/contests/stephanie_durocher
https://logotournament.com/contests/29983

https://logotournament.com/contests/the_maniecki_pro_team
https://logotournament.com/contests/lifestyle_home_team
https://logotournament.com/contests/dankennedyhomes.com

What other KW agents are saying:

"love the your work!!! I am sharing this with many of the agents in my office to let them know what a cool logo you did for me. I'll try to get you some more business. - Please feel free to use me as an example of a very happy customer!!" - Tracy O'Kane
----------
"Paul, you are amazing! The new logo is everything I wanted and more. I can't wait to do more...Thank you!" - Cindy Quick

I try to keep them unique and shy away from the stereotypical logos that can dominate your industry. I also feel it needs a boldness to make it recognizable on a sign from a distance...even before the words can be read. Thin lines and words only tend to be hard to read from a distance and are proven to not "stick" in ones mind. I try to give a unique icon that invokes a memory of recognition even without the client needing to read the wordmark.

I often choose elements using the "Little White Picket Fence" as it is often tied to the American Dream of home ownership. This design has done well for many Realtors, because of the sense of "home" it invokes.

I welcome your feedback.

#116 - I am open to any suggestions on the current entries that you may have. I am in real estate sales and really want to have my logo stand out as a classy, refined and memorable.

#116 - One think I like to emphasize is that a design HAS to be noticeable from a distance. My thought is that the roofline shape makes it stand out from a distance better than a geometric shape. There are a million circles, squares and rectangles in the marketplace and from a distance they all look the same.

From a distance it is clear that your logo is a house. Your name is bold and readable from a distance as well.

I think that distance and separation is something often overlooked when looking at the logo at a small scale like here on LT.

....to continue my point, I often ask customers to step back several feet from the screen and see which logo best explains WHAT you do. Remember your clients will learn to recognize you from a distance (example: Nike logo, McDonalds etc...)

I completely agree. Did you see the logo's I uploaded from my brokerage, Keller Williams? I need my new logo to be compatable with Keller's logo as it will share the same sign, cards etc.

I really like to the colors gray, black and red.

Yes. I saw the KW affiliation. That's one of the advantages of having worked for all of for KW agents listed above. The KW marketing would work well as a secondary logo on signage etc..I've been able to package the clients new logo with the KW brand for many uses...business cards....sign layouts etc.

Please note: During the judging mode only the top ranked designer can make changes. You would need to shuffle around the rankings to allow others to make changes.

I welcome any additional feedback or questions. If I can be of help in any way please let me know.

One thought is to make the windows a dark gray. I am just unable to do that in judging unless you rearrange the ranks temporarily.

Laurie - As a mater of trademark protection I wanted to point out that I have a previous KW client in OK with this logo:
https://logotournament.com/contests/lifestyle_home_team ...Which is very similar to some of the entries in your contest.

Two logos so similar in a close region of the country may bring some confusion.

Laurie - I have been in contact with the other designer about the above mentioned situation. He has agreed and has withdrawn the entries. The "L" dividing a house with the split colors was VERY similar to another KW agent .

Its a violation of site rules as well as a possible trademark issue because the previous design that I did for the other agent is copyrighted and owned by them exclusively.

I hope this all makes sense. I welcome any questions that you may have.
